One Session (50 min): $200

Individual One Day Intensive: $1,500
Individual Weekend Intensive: $3,500

Couples One Day Intensive: $2,000
Couples Weekend Intensive: $4,000

Brooke accepts BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, UMR and TriCare.

At your request, insurance can be submitted on your behalf to go toward your out-of-network benefits.

Alternatively, we can provide invoices and superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. 

Please note that there is a cancellation fee equal to the price of your session if you no-show or cancel in less than 24 hours prior.

All sessions are non-transferrable and non-refundable. All package sessions must be used within 12 months of the first visit.
