Brooke Final About
Brooke Osterhoudt is a Charlotte-based, integrative therapist, providing psychotherapy, couples counseling and holistic life coaching. By using a unique, integrated approach Brooke works with clients to heal holistically, clearing the mind, body and spirit. She sees the big picture and works with her clients to design an efficient path to healing, transformation and growth.

Brooke has over 15 years of experience practicing traditional psychotherapy, clinical processes and holistic healing in a variety of settings. Her philosophy is to dig deep, plant seeds, foster growth and create change.

Equipped with traditional tools, Brooke is a progressive thinker who utilizes transformational coaching techniques in working with client’s personal dynamics. She believes that coaching and therapy are not mutually exclusive. When used together, they can best get to the sources of core issues while focusing on action, accountability and follow through for optimal results.

Brooke developed her private practice because she believes there is a missing link between conventional psychotherapy and personal development. She uses tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Narrative Therapy. She combines these therapies with a unique transformational coaching style to create deep-shifting and lasting transformation.

She has a Bachelors in Psychology from Augusta State University, a Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver, has over two years training in addiction counseling and is a certified integrative holistic coach.

Brooke received her training and certification as an Integrative Holistic Coach through the Legacy Training Institute.
The 6-month program requires the completion of five weekend Legacy Seminars with a minimum of 1,500 coaching hours.
